More specifically, the traditional concepts of these disciplines are being disrupted by the arrival of \u201c<strong>new objects<\/strong>\u201d and new mechanisms. To take just a few examples: can nature be a legal subject? Can it carry utility? Can algorithms or robots be held responsible? How are economic and legal rationalities modified by the existence of cognitive biases? Are economist and legal experts rational? So many questions that challenge the classic modalities of public intervention through public law.
