also called \u00ab\u00a0Notification of the mobility in France of a foreign student authorized to stay in another EU Member State\u00a0\u00bb &#8211; must <strong>absolutely <\/strong>be carried out <strong>before <\/strong>your arrival in France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have been <strong>admitted for residence in another<\/strong> EU Member State<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>and <\/strong>you are enrolled in a <strong>mobility program<\/strong> (Erasmus+, Erasmus Mundus for example)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"gb-grid-column gb-grid-column-2dd326ae\"><div class=\"gb-container gb-container-2dd326ae\">\n<div class=\"gb-container gb-container-11ab9120 logo-welcome\">\n<div class=\"gb-grid-wrapper gb-grid-wrapper-2ba78160\">\n<div class=\"gb-grid-column gb-grid-column-a4d51e56\"><div class=\"gb-container gb-container-a4d51e56\">\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"70\" height=\"66\" src=\"https:\/\/www.univ-lorraine.fr\/welcome\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/41\/2023\/02\/isotype_ul.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1278\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"gb-grid-column gb-grid-column-eb39e2f8\"><div class=\"gb-container gb-container-eb39e2f8 incline\">\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-48742f75 gb-headline-text\"><strong>residence formalities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"gb-grid-column gb-grid-column-e1f9132f\"><div class=\"gb-container gb-container-e1f9132f\">\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-3c707d4e gb-headline-text\"><strong>European mobility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>You can stay in France:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>after notification<\/strong> of your mobility project in France to the Minister responsible for immigration, by<strong> email <\/strong>to&nbsp;<a href=\"&#x6d;&#x61;&#x69;&#x6c;&#x74;&#x6f;&#x3a;&#x70;&#x6f;&#x69;&#x6e;&#x74;&#x64;&#x65;&#x63;&#x6f;&#x6e;&#x74;&#x61;&#x63;&#x74;&#x2d;&#x73;&#x65;&#x6a;&#x6f;&#x75;&#x72;&#x2d;&#x64;&#x67;&#x65;&#x66;&#x40;&#x69;&#x6e;&#x74;&#x65;&#x72;&#x69;&#x65;&#x75;&#x72;&#x2e;&#x67;&#x6f;&#x75;&#x76;&#x2e;&#x66;&#x72;\">&#x70;&#111;i&#x6e;&#116;&#100;&#x65;&#x63;&#111;n&#x74;&#97;c&#x74;&#x2d;&#115;e&#x6a;&#111;u&#x72;&#x2d;&#100;g&#x65;&#102;&#64;&#x69;&#x6e;&#116;e&#x72;&#105;e&#x75;&#x72;&#46;&#x67;&#x6f;&#117;v&#x2e;&#102;r<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>for a <em><strong>maximum <\/strong><\/em><strong>duration<\/strong><em><strong> <\/strong><\/em>of 12 months<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to carry out <strong>part <\/strong>of your study program at the Universit\u00e9 de Lorraine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>While you have a \u00ab\u00a0student &#8211; mobility program\u00a0\u00bb residence permit delivered by another EU Member State, the procedure for notifying your mobility project as a foreign student in France must be carried out:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>either when<\/strong> you submit your request for a \u00ab\u00a0student &#8211; mobility program\u00a0\u00bb residence permit in the first EU Member State <strong>if<\/strong> your mobility has already been planned at this stage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>or after<\/strong> you have obtained your \u00ab\u00a0student &#8211;
