Smart Materials, Nanotechnologies, Dynamics and Development
Are you wondering how to meet society’s growing demands and the challenges of a more sustainable world, both economically and environmentally?
By developing research on smart materials with the MIND² club!
The team
- Niloufar DIZANGIAN – PhD student IJL
- Louis VERZELLESI – PhD student LEM3
- Cécile FLOER and Juan-Carlos ROJAS-SANCHEZ – Supervisors IJL
- Mohamed HAMDAOUI – Supervisor LEM3
Join us!
- Exchange with an international team
- Predict material deformations using Comsol Multiphysics
- Train on fabrication and material characterization equipment:
- Magnetron sputtering deposition
- RF measurements with a probe station
- Integrate components into embedded systems (Gravity IoT starter kit, Arduino programming)
- Visit laboratories (IJL, LEM3)
And of course, any other proposals from members!
In practice
- A bi-monthly “Morning Connect” event in collaboration with the local IEEE student branch
- Practical workshops on professional life (CV, professional photo, etc.)
- A friendly moment to exchange and meet
- At the Institut Jean Lamour or elsewhere
- Scientific activities in the laboratory throughout the year depending on students’ needs
- International expert seminars several times a year
