EXSA: Experience in Health and Autonomy
What if we started from users’ lived experiences to rethink care and support facilities?
Are you curious and eager to get involved in concrete, human, and current topics?
EXSA is made for you: whether you come from health, social sciences, design, management, or elsewhere, your perspective has its place here.
The EXSA club invites you to explore user experience in care settings (nursing homes, group homes, hospitals…) to better understand their needs, lived experiences, and emotions. EXSA encourages reflection grounded in the field: observing, listening, investigating, creating… to imagine concrete ways of improving services, practices, and systems.
The EXSA club offers a new way of experiencing research: in the field, in contact with reality, as a team, and with a good dose of creativity!
