Are you an international student in Metz looking to meet local residents and discover local life? Join Échanges Gourmands, taking place on 14 and 15 November 2026!
Organised by Crous Lorraine, the Euro-Métropole de Metz, the City of Metz and their partners, this event brings international students and local residents together for a friendly and welcoming experience.
Two Events on the Programme
Saturday, 14 November 2026 at 3:00 PM: Welcome Event and Activities at Le Cap in Metz
All participants, international students and local residents, are invited to meet during an afternoon of activities in a festive and friendly atmosphere.
Sunday, 15 November 2026: Meal with a Local Host
You will be welcomed into the home of a local resident in the Metz metropolitan area, either on your own or with other international students, to share a meal and enjoy a moment of cultural exchange.

Registration is open from 12 October to 8 November 2026 (inclusive).
To take part, complete the registration form on the Crous Lorraine website before the deadline.
