This five-day summer school will explore how current trends in graphic literary journalism are reshaping the media landscape. Eight principal themes will be explored (war and trauma, immigration, drug trafficking, autocratic politics and social inequalities). Professional French cartoonist Yan Lindingre will hold a masterclass on documentary graphic reportage for the attendees.

The AI for Human–Robot Interaction summer school offers an intensive 5-day program of keynotes, lectures and practical sessions led by experienced AI and robotics experts. Participants will engage with top researchers and will be tutored to use AI models and methods on real robots, advancing in their knowledge to deploy human–robot interaction systems grounded in recent advances in artificial intelligence. They will have the opportunity to engage with industry leaders building and deploying AI methods in the real world.

Participants will attempt to answer the question: how can museums be made more inclusive? You will work in teams to design a game playable inside a museum and accessible to all using 3D scanning and printing technologies, laser cutting, augmented and virtual realities. Many cultural or sport activities are included, as well as convivial meals at the restaurant to discover French gastronomy.

This summer school examines journalism in its historical, social and political contexts. As the first transatlantic “Moulin”, it will focus on the conditions under which journalism is practised in space and time, depending on the context (authoritarian, dictatorial or liberal), in order to understand how information shapes the organisation of debates. It will be an opportunity to revisit the notion of public space and advertising that influence the exercise of power (from authoritarian propaganda to digital public spaces). The aim is to enable participants to acquire or update their knowledge of shape memory alloys (SMAs) and their applications. The course will cover recent advances in the specific properties of different types of SMAs; their manufacturing processes; the methods, approaches and advanced techniques used to characterise and model their thermomechanical behaviour; and the numerical and experimental tools for designing SMA applications in the fields of healthcare, energy, aerospace, etc.

This summer school addresses different topics in the area of formal modeling and verification of parallel processes, including real-time and probabilistic model checking, game theory and verification, deductive verification and co-inductive proof techniques, information security, disitributed systems, verification of AI systems, and verification of quantum programs.

This Summer School, open to Master’s students, Ph.D students, early-career researchers, and professionals, offers 30 hours of intensive training combining theoretical lectures and hands-on workshops in Matlab/Dynare, with a progression from the RBC model to New Keynesian extensions and Bayesian estimation. The final day features applied research seminars and a policy-oriented roundtable, with contributions from central bank speakers. Applications are open until April 30, 2026, with rolling evaluations starting on March 15.
