Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility
Erasmus+ provides more than 4 million Europeans with the possibility of studying, training and acquiring experience abroad .
The Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (ICM) European program aims to step up cooperation and exchanges of undergraduates, PhD students, post-docs and teachers between higher education institutions in the European Union and third countries in various geographical areas, in the context of special partnerships.

Grants based on social criteria (CROUS)
Students who are nationals of a European Union (EU) country
Students of EU nationality wishing to pursue higher education in a member state of the Council of Europe may receive a scholarship based on social criteria under the same conditions as in France.
To qualify, they must be enrolled in a higher education establishment officially recognised by this country and be studying full-time, for one academic year or two semesters (depending on the Member State), for a higher education qualification leading to a national diploma.
Students of nationality from outside the EU (including the UK)
To qualify for grants based on social criteria, extra-EU students must:
- be the holder of a temporary residence permit or residency card
- have been living in France for at least 2 years
- and prove that they have had a tax household in France for at least 2 years
OR
- have refugee status recognised by the OFPRA
- or, be granted subsidiary protection by the OFPRA
- or, be Andorran and previously enrolled at a French lycée in the Principality.
