Some numbers are for emergency situations and others are for listening and advice.

All these numbers are free.

  • URGENCE 114 :
    • service dedicated for people who are deaf, deafblind, hard of hearing or aphasic
    • for all types of emergency
    • 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
    • Are you a witness or victim of an emergency?: call URGENCE 114 immediately. Deaf or hearing agents will manage your situation in direct contact with the nearest emergency service (SAMU, fire brigade, police, constabulary).
    • Accessible by video, chat, images (by SMS to 114, on the Urgence 114 application or on the urgence 114.fr website).

    • accessible free of charge
    • 24 hours a day 7 days a week across the territory

    • The number is also for the friends and families of people at risk of suicide, and the bereaved.
