Phone numbers and emergency services
Here is the list of phone numbers and websites in the event of an emergency, loss or theft of your means of payment (bank card, cheque book) or if you need to talk to someone or get advice about your physical or mental health in France.

Catering
Catering on campuses in France is managed by CROUS.
To access the various catering services and pay for your meals, you must activate your Izly digital account (after finalizing your administrative registration at the University).
Housing assistance provided by the Family Allowances Fund (CAF)
If you need help paying your rent, you can ask the Family Allowance Fund (CAF) for housing assistance. You can make the request whetever your situation (undergraduate, PhD student or researcher).
Digital tools
Once you’ve registered at the University, you’ll have access to a computer account and a student messaging address. To activate your account and choose your password, rendezvous on Sésame and enter your student number (indicated on your Student Card).
