Food aid for students in Lorraine

Aware of the challenges some students face in their daily lives, Université de Lorraine has identified and works in partnership with various organisations providing food assistance.

Because health and academic success also depend on a suitable diet, this page brings together the schemes and resources available to help you access food.

The university and CROUS services are available to students. Our social workers at the Student Health Service will welcome you and listen to you, whatever difficulties you may be experiencing, in a confidential setting.

In addition to accommodation, catering and student grant services, CROUS also offers other forms of assistance to students.

CROUS or Université de Lorraine?

Social workers at Université de Lorraine and CROUS can access the same assistance schemes. Cases are allocated according to a defined geographical area system. Administrative offices therefore direct students to the appropriate social support service based on their assigned area. Each student receives support from only one service, according to the area to which they belong.

Access to Les Agoraés is by referral from a social worker.
